A practical guide to the living database of Slovak digital art — what you'll find in it, how to use it, and how to maintain your own profile.
It is a public, continuously updated database of Slovak digital artists, companies and schools. It follows the printed catalogue, but the web version is not a static list: profiles, portfolios and information may change over time.
The catalog is intended to help you quickly discover work, people, and organizations in one place. It is not a social network, feed, or quality rating of authors.

Search works across names and profile data. You can combine filters and "Copy Selection" will create a link to the currently filtered view.
In lists, it allows you to quickly jump to people or companies by the first letter of their name.
They only change the way the works are displayed. They do not change the content or order of the data.
Status describes the author's current situation, for example whether he or she is working or studying. Focus and specializations they tell what a person is professionally or creatively involved in. Color tags help to read the data quickly, and the same color logic is used in both lists and profiles.
A portfolio can contain up to 10 works. The aim is to provide a representative selection, not a complete archive of work. Links are to external portfolios and social/professional profiles.
Distinctive color tags say what a person or organization is currently looking for or offering — for example, work, freelance work, internships, or openness to offers. These are not permanent professional characteristics of the profile.
If the Opportunity is active, it can also affect the color accent of the row in the list. Profiles can be filtered based on this data.
New profile: use "Join", fill in the details and submit the application.
Existing profile: via "Do you manage this profile?" request a one-time verification link to the original email.
Changes are moderated by: Editing an existing profile will not change public information immediately. It will first wait for approval.
You can edit your profile repeatedly: Ownership does not cease after one modification.
A private contact email is used for profile verification and management; the catalog does not automatically publish it.
Profiles have a permanent short QR link. QR links to filtered lists by status may also be available.
You can share both your profile and the current catalog selection with a link. The link to your profile remains independent of where the catalog is embedded.
Opening a work in large preview may be included in anonymous statistics. The catalog does not need to publicly identify the visitor for this purpose.
The website is a living database. Data comes from profiles and approved updates, so it is subject to change.
New profiles and changes to existing profiles are reviewed to ensure that the public database is not immediately overwritten with an unverified form.
